Q. Why are my sugar granules a different size than what is pictured?

A. Variations in sugar cane harvest at the production facility can sometimes result in sugar granules that are somewhat larger or smaller in size. Regardless of the granule size you receive, you are still getting the same high-quality product that can be used for the same applications!

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes. Our stock ships from our US-based warehouses and is usually shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS (depending on location and package weight). Although most of the time your orders will ship within 24-48 hours after your payment is processed, please allow a handling time of up to 3 business days before your order is shipped. Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy, all items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
